I find it odd the man thought the customes followed the film, after all the film would have follwed costume in that era, and that wouldnt change,

I think he maybe meant colour wise too.

I wonder how many costume changes Jill could possibly have, if she is onstage for all of the first act.

Darius could easily ring the changes by changing cravat, tie, waistcoat, jacket, hat.

It finished at 11:40. We got home after 2am. I didn't come on the internet for some reason. They'll have to get it shorter. Avril and Booth said that they are consideriong starting it at 7pm to make travel a bit easier.

Paul, they had your bits of humour in it. It was good to see such an early preview - I can't wait to see it again - hopefully when it's earlier/shorter and I can get home.

I've put a review in the thread for them.

I am so glad Avril and Booth were there.

How did Booth look, megham?

Darius is Rhett! -well I knew that right from the first mention of Gone With the Wind the musical.

If Sir Trevor had only read Buzzjack. Maybe if we'd been on the front index, he could have found his way here and saved himself a lot of time and travelling between the UK and the US doing unnecessary auditions.

Too true, it was so obvious - we just assumed they would go for a movie star, but Darius showed he had the talent to take on such a role as well as the classic Rhett looks!
Avril and Booth both looked great. They had booked the 4th as well and been disappointed. Cyrus has grown. Mind you, he still has a lot of growing to do to catch up with his brothers.

Thanks Meg  I am getting quite excited to see the show now :w00t: It would be lovely to say hello to Booth and Avril again, but I would guess they have returned home :( Oh well, maybe they will be there on the 22nd and fingers crossed Natasha might be there too

Let's hope Natashha isn't too tied up with promo for her film with Hugh Jackman (weird coincidence?)and Ewan McGregor, Deception aka The Tourist aka The List, which premieres in the US on 25th April.
Good morning Meg :) What time do you plan to be at the stage door?
About 6pm - but we may not get to see Darius. They are still working very hard on the show. Still, I'm sure it'll be worth it, just meeting me. wont it?

Julie (Allison and Wendy)

Thanks Pam!! Will report back asap but probably not tonight unless they have cut the show running time down considerably!!! :D

Julie

Have a great time. I'm so sorry I can't be there. The visitors fly in today and then I'm away from next Friday to Tuesday.

I will think about you all and I'll try not to feel green.
