Posted February 2, 200817 yr -eEcLntc2sk So his latest song is a cover or the Radiohead track, "Just". Not too bad imo, should be another Top 10 hit for him. Just hope it doesn't annoy like "Valerie" did.
February 2, 200817 yr So is the 'Version' project over with then? Shame, he never got round to releasing 'Toxic' ft. Tiggers.
February 3, 200817 yr Not too bad imo, should be another Top 10 hit for him. nah will get nowhere neer the top 40 as all the radio stations continue to play valerie until hell freezers over (smooth that means you at 15:23!!!)
February 3, 200817 yr nah will get nowhere neer the top 40 as all the radio stations continue to play valerie until hell freezers over (smooth that means you at 15:23!!!) I have a hunch that the only people who listen to Smooth FM are DEAD PEOPLE and/or with PERSONALITY DEFECTS
February 3, 200817 yr I have a hunch that the only people who listen to Smooth FM are DEAD PEOPLE and/or with PERSONALITY DEFECTS no my parents is pretty much alive..but i suppose as they are over 30..thats kinda like being a dead person in the eyes of the mejjja
February 3, 200817 yr This lacks the oomph of the original (which is my fave Radiohead song), and is a bit dull tbh. I do think its clever how they've followed on from the last video though

February 3, 200817 yr I totally love the original, I wouldn't classify myself as a huge Radiohead fan but 'Just' is a masterpiece and I deem it to be their best song. I think Ronson's version of it is acceptable, although doesn't come close to the greatness of the original song. Speaking of which, you must see the genius video for it. Possibly one of the best music videos ever: R5X7HKxpiQA

Possibly one of the best music videos ever Spot on, Radiohead's original pisses all over Ronson's version. That video is a classic!
February 7, 200817 yr I agree that Ronsons version is ok, but not a fan of the Video! Have you herd the other remixes that Ronson has done with the Go! Team and DJ Premier? they are up on his myspace so check them out!!!
February 7, 200817 yr I think he has made a boring band good. Saying that 'just' is good by Radiohead and im not a fan of Radiohead perfer Ronson's version love the video to
February 7, 200817 yr So is the 'Version' project over with then? Shame, he never got round to releasing 'Toxic' ft. Tiggers. That was released before 'Stop Me'
February 7, 200817 yr Yup, and 'Just' ft Greenwald was released as a white label back in 2005. Is he working backwards? He's certainly put the music industry back quite a bit - now it's so fashionable to be a post-modernist nostalgiamonger. I remember being impressed by this three years ago but right now I'd rather just hear the original than some farting horn accompaniment.
February 15, 200817 yr I am really loving the video too....and there is a behind the scenes on youtube as well (loving Alex!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knV57mpM-YY
