LOL. I'm gonna put some more WT vids over on Metal forum at some point.....

If you liked that Gathering track, there's more over on Metal Forum, quite a few more, I've told a little story of their development as a band....

The "Silent Force" album is fantastic, prob my fave album of 2005! Absolutely perfect in every way - songwriting, musicianship, singing, production - all utterly spot on, every track a potential single; and they can seriously do it live as well...... ;)

"Mother Earth" is probably the second best, but "Enter" and "The Dance" are good as well, a bit heavier and Sharon's voice sounds a little different (oh, and the guitarist growls a bit on them as well. They did a pretty good cover of Kate Bush's "Running Up That Hill" a couple of years back as well....

no need to convert me, Grmly - great voices, and songs! though didnt realsie it was possible to play more than one video at the same time, so music was overlapping for a bit!

I cannot abide Mariah Careys warbling, and Whitney Houston's I will always love you is an all time hated in this house, the film Bodyguard was recieved as a present and went in the bin without opeing due to the song being the theme!

It's probably best you don't do that, it'll bugger your bandwidth....

Thing is, when it comes to Mariah and Whitney, technically they are good singers, it's just the fact that they are so conceited, incredibly egotistical (a bit of arrogance or attitude is one thing, but they take it just way too far..) and their material is utterly appalling that puts me off listening to 'em. If Mariah was in an Operatic Metal band, I'd probably like her....

Is that a promise? :P

Is that a promise? :P

Get her in an Operatic Metal band and we'll see..... ;)

Wouldn't happen though, she'd have to tone down the ego and actually work as part of a band and not act like she's the centre of the universe.....

No you couldn't imagine her in a band, she is too much of a STAR for that. :D

I think I prefer what I said....

Her ego isn't THAT big, she does lots of charity work. :D

I bring you Daylight Dancer by Lacuna Coil, sounds abit c**p but you get the idea ;)

both mariah and whitney have great voices, but mariah dosent hardly use her voice, and whitney has spoiled her chances completly
