I didn't. My husband often get left holding mine - it's something they get used to.

Is that what engagement does for a guy - promotes him to chief bag carrier.

Makes them a couple - and that's part of it.

I always thought Darius and Jacqui were a real couple too, although they were never engaged.

 

There's a car advert on TV and the girl in it looks a lot like Jacqui with dark hair. It's probably not her, but every time it comes on, I still think of her. I hope she's doing OK.

I really liked her.
