February 9, 200817 yr His hair looks all wavy in the first of the pictures. They're going to either have to cut it short or use straighteners on it for Rhett. A curly haired Rhett just wouldn't do at all.
February 9, 200817 yr Haven't you noticed that in period dramas guys with waves/curls are often the weaker specimens. Real men have no nonsense hair!
February 10, 200817 yr LOL Baytree....that does seem to be the norm!!! Tho Mr Darcy had curly hair in the BBC adaptation!! *sigh* http://www.lallybroch.com/LOL/darcy/look.jpg Perhaps if they ever make a stage show of Pride & Prejudice, Darius could be Mr Darcy!!! http://bestsmileys.com/fainting/1.gif Edited February 10, 200817 yr by SharonB
February 10, 200817 yr oh yes..I rather like the idea of that, Darius with those sideburns..and untamed hair..(thinks back to the pond scene...)
February 10, 200817 yr I don't think they'd have a pond on stage, pip - but keep dreaming anyway. I just like Darius' hair a bit wild. Then again, I like my husband's wavy as well. He tends to keep it shortish and the waves controlled. I have no idea whether my son's hair is still wavy or not, It never seems to get longer than a centimetre.
February 10, 200817 yr plenty to dream about, horses, ponds..period costumes...oh my can't see GWTW standing a chance of competing
February 10, 200817 yr Don't worry I'm sure there will be TV interviews to put us on :D 12th March would be an excellent day for one such event :)
February 13, 200817 yr I believe this thread started with an article which itself started with the Writers' strike. Is that over now? Have they gone back to work? Are the Oscars on then?
