I saw the video when she reads this magazine at a gas station. She sees the mag and says "I took that picture!", then holds the mag as we see on the pic but Sam Lufti tells her to put that down and leave.

That's because Sam sold the picture to the media, and he doesn't want Britney to find out that it was him.
