Bit before my time but a white guy winning gold in what is essentially a black guy's sport is one hell of an achievement

 

Helped that the USA's 'black guys' were boycotting the Moscow olympics though, eh?

 

Yep, Forest's back to back European cup victories were considerably more impressive than Man Utd's fortuitous injury time victory.

 

Might as well mention Celtic being the first British team to win the European cup too then with a time consisting entirely of players born within miles of the ground...nobody will ever do that again.
