Darius is such a mix between his Mum and Dad but Aria seems to look mostly like Booth. I'm not surprised they fell for each other - two lovely people who also look good.

If Clark were here, he'd say " You don't like me do you, megham? No. You don't! You really don't!"

On the GWTW 1st night footage (6 mins), does anyone recognise the guy interviewed between Arlene Phillips and Ben Elton? His face looks familiar but I can't place him.

is it the invisible man?? LOL

I was watchng intently, Arlene..then...Ben Elton, idd I miss anthing are you sure its on that clip, an dnot on the WOS one?

worth it though, just to see peoples reaction to Darius, I read somewhere Vanessa left in the interval, well more fool her if she doesn tog back..she went in wanting to see Darius, preferably with little clothing on, and if she didnt see act 2, she missed Darius ' best bits!!!

I also read someone on some forum mentioning the could have cut the story down more because at the interval people were saying what else it there to come..qui?? the mind boggles when the most memorable bits of GWTW are in the 2nd act!

oh, I will have to watch it again now, and put up with the praise for Darius, fiddle-dee-dee

I thought it was the producer before Arlene..ok off to look

nope, didnt recognise him

but it has confused me re Darius says its running at 3hours 10mins, which it was when we saw it, so what could they have cut does point to the reviewers, like Mr Shenton said, reviewing a preview instead of waiting and doing their job properly

I know! one day I will click on sounds and have a heart attack - the coming soon will have been replaced, or am I being too hopeful

Ever an optimist.

pip, everytime I've seen it, it has been different. And I've enjoyed each one. They've taken some good bits out but, they had to as it made it so difficult to get home at 4hrs 10mins.

I wish they had some of the missing bits recorded - well, as well as those in the documentary that aren't there now. Specially the cow, that got intakes of breath and laughter through the theatre.

the cow...hesitates to ask..hopefully not a phanto one?? I didnt miss the cow, tbh - there were bits I expected to see, but I cannot put my finger on them now- but they would have been in the book or film,

FRANKLY, MY DEARS, HE’S A HERO

Reviews of the new West End musical, Gone With The Wind, have ranged from the dreadful to the unprintable, but no one has criticised Darius Danesh, who plays Rhett Butler. They couldn’t because this man is Clark Gable come to life. He swept into an ITV makeup room last week to embrace me and I came over all Scarlett O’Hara. Another minute and I’d have been calling for Mammy to unlace my corsets and fetch me a mint julep. Ten foot tall Darius looks the part, acts the part and could sweep any woman off her feet. He sings well too. I can’t wait to take my seat in the stalls!

made me chuckle! hope she enjoys the show and I am sure she will
