#1 Mint Royale ft Lauren Laverne 'Don't Falter'

 

 

The first potential entry is this forgotten gem from 2000. A top 20 hit in the UK but nothing more from the days when Lauren Laverne was a singer in the band Kenickie.

Mint Royale, as I correctly predicted 9 hours ago a few posts above this one :P

#2 Natalie Portman's Shaved Head 'Slow Motion Tag Team'

 

 

The second entry is the Utopian publics favourite song from this Seattle band's (with a great name) debut album.

 

However it does look like this might be the wrong choice looking over the forums, I had hoped no one would know them...

#3 MGMT 'Kids'

 

 

The third option is the current single from US Indie Rockers MGMT. This song is almost certain to become the next #1 in Utopia, set to knock off current number one 'Daddy's Gone' by Glasvegas off within a fortnight.

 

MGMT kids is one of the best songs of the decade!!! Love it! but your one contest too late I'm afraid :(

It's is supposed to be SMTM! -_- I think I was listening to 'Holding Hands' at the time. :lol:

 

I first found them on lastfm about a fortnight ago, downloaded the album the other day and listened to it at work today and thought I'd make it my 3rd choice. I didn't notice the thread until tonight.
