That's lovely, Claire. Thank you

Would anyone rather have a teddy than a brand new Darius song? I actually don't fancy him in anyway but, for the first time, I could be jealous.

I was quite pleased She was publicising her tv series and gave him as least as much time.
I thought she might say his name - but I did like the way she said about him being a runner up in UK PI and about the runner up doing better than the winner in these shows.

Natasha was on there to promote Eli Stone...................... as it was she spent only half the time on that subject.

That Italian Job sounds like a blast.

I think she could have made more of the Publicity opportunity for Darius...^_^ <_< ;)

I was disappointed about that

well it was an interview about her so I think she gave him the right amount of time, as Darius has done in the past, it was great hearing her talk about him but I have to agree she could have said his name.

 I wish he wrote me a song she is so lucky, from the interview when she was talking about Darius I could see that she was proud of him!

I'm happy with him writing her a song - just jealous because it's yet another song that I'll probably never hear. I would accept a non personal substitute though. Just a new song would be so nice.

Poor Darius.

He can't keep much private from the media - they either catch him buying his presents or, as in this case, they ask outright.

"He's very talented." and how!

I'm in total agreement there. I love it when it becomes hard for people to ignore just how talented he is.

We knew all along that on a level playing field Darius could give a very good account of himself

musician/singer/songwriter/producer/tv presenter/actor

but every time I tried to make that argument, I was sniffily told he was jack of all trades and master of none.

I don't think even I thought that at 27 he'd be such a master that he could sweep aside all competitors from the West End, Broadway and possibly Hollywood for this prized role..

Neither can I, apart from Hugh Jackman who was being touted for the role from the beginning. I'm not sure I could see Jackman as the classy Rhett. I always think of him as more of a bit of rough.

I'm not sure how many Rhetts Trevor Nunn auditioned but no doubt there were plenty, maybe not quite the 243 that David O Selznick saw before he set eyes on Vivien Leigh on the back lot during the "Burning of Atlanta", actually the burning of old sets. Can you believe they actually started shooting the film without a Scarlett?

I suppose it is really hard to tell until auditions, I think Hugh jackman looks older than I recall - and yup, rougher as I caught a bit of Hellsinger?? some dracular frankinstein film the other night, thought I would like him as he was quite nice as wolverine in the X men..but he looked a bit rough!

Hugh Jackman? From what I recall of the televised Oklahoma, the one with Maureen Lipman, I think his voice is very good.

He went from the West End to Broadway and that's where Hollywood discovered him.

Now that musicals are back in fashion, he's coming full circle and after he films the next Wolverine film, he's playing Billy Bigelow in the new film version of Carousel.
