Probably the most obscure song so far. :o TV on the Radio are excellent. This one is a bit harder to get into than, say, Wolf Like Me but still quite good. Anyway, enough for tonight I think.

[ 012 ] Modest Mouse - Float On (4 Weeks)

 

 

I absolutely adored (and still do) this song. Such a feel good song, and Modest Mouse used to be pretty much my favorite band, ever. I don't like them AS much now, but they're still pretty effing amazing, even if their last album wasn't up to par imo. This song is just...gah, it's great.

!!! (pronounced CHKCHKCHK) are tres excellente, and this song is one of their best. Great indie-dance outfit. They have one more #1 to come. <3

Probably my favorite Franz Ferdinand song. The lyrics are just like...amazing, plus it's great to dance too. If it could be summed up with a smiley, it'd have to be :kink:. I prefer it with the lyrics 'So come all over my Michael' in the end, but they sing that live so good enough. <3 Beautiful boys on a beautiful dance floor, Michael you're dancing like a beautiful dance whore.

I am in no way religious, but this song is just f***ing brilliant. The lyrics are amazing, the beats are killer...it's pretty much Kanye's best song. Well deserved #1, and (I think) his only for me. He may be cocky, but as of now he's probably my favorite guy in hip-hop.

I actually prefer Heartbeat to this, but the week Heartbeat was released was a lot busier than this one. <3 Still, Chewing Gum is excellent and deserves the #1 spot. Cannot wait for her new album.

One of my favorite Feist songs. <3 The chorus is just amazinggg. 'Watching the fire as we grow...' The video is excellent, too (especially when she jumps out of the window and the song kicks in fully)
