I am sure my sister said TCM was on her freeview, she said she checked when I emailed her - are there different types of freeview?

There must be. if i could get another freeview box instead of hooking up with Sky again, that's what I'd prefer to do.There are boxes with a thing called top up Tv, but I'm not sure if TCM could be added to one of them. I wish I was more into gadgets.
I wonder if it's only on Freeview at certain times of day. I'll take another look at mine, thanks
We have freeview and husband checked TCM, no signal, it is a movie channel and freeview doesnt have a movie channel does it? you usually have to pay for movie channels.
I think the only film channel I have on freeview is Film4. Free through the satellite, I have 4 movie channels but TCM isn't one of them.
That's a shame. I videod PI on both and the cable one went dead, so I do like to duplicate just in case.

I hope someone has TCM, can record it and send to Rachel to put on the site else most of aren't going to see it :(

Why can't they sell it to Channel 4?

As I think I said on another thread Ds promo for this seems to be where none of us or the pubic can see it what with the Oliviers not being televised either, wont do GWTW much good if people dont see it.

there must be a reaon, perhaps its too soon - I have noticed so many poeple on the BBC couch promoting this and that play or musical -
They are only in the 3rd week of rehearsals. Give them time. During the rehearsals, they are filming the documentary. I'd love that to be released on dvd

Yes, I expect rehearals take presidence over PR, they'll want to get that sorted, what with the documentary as well - I think Darius was well into rehearsal with Guys and Dolls when he was on telly speaking about it

His first TV plug for Guys & Dolls was a few minutes on Breakfast TV then This Morning was 15th May, (his and Natasha's anniversary) and he opened in Liverpool the following Tuesady, didn't he?

He did Paul O'Grady's show when the show was in its last week at Liverpool.

I don't remember him doing any TV at all in Scotland. He did a couple of press interviews, I think.

I think a documentary would be a lot more beneficial than the usual promo slots as he came across so well in his last documentary

plus the public would see parts of the show and music for real whereas in the usuaL promo shots/interviews they have to imagine it. It is very different than promotion for pop gigs.

Only about 7 wks until the documentary- But, just over a month until previews.
