March 31, 200817 yr I'm hoping the listing is wrong for the 20th April but, neither are shown. They are shown from 8pm on the listing for the 24th but not at all for the 20th.
March 31, 200817 yr I do wish the documentary could be shown on one of the five main channels. It would have far greater publicity value. Do TCM ever sell their programmes to other companies?
April 1, 200817 yr I would love it on terrestial Tv. They sell the programs within their own organisation - I don't know about to other companies.
April 2, 200817 yr I don't think she'll be able to get an hour long program up. I hope it's on the 20th as well as the 24th.
April 2, 200817 yr Author I would imagine if TCM is paying money - perhaps they would use the documentary more than once, they are down as partners
April 2, 200817 yr Strangely enough when I first got Sky. TCM was not a subscription service but Film Four was. Now it's the other way round.
April 2, 200817 yr Author thanks to rachel on .net, more infor about the documentary http://www.tcmonline.co.uk/month/0408/theme2.jsp nice picture of Darius at the top too
April 2, 200817 yr I just got home and came on to post that. Thank goodness their schedule was wrong.
April 2, 200817 yr It's now on their front page - but still missing fropm their listings for the 20th.
April 2, 200817 yr As long as the hand that says it's on on the 20th as well as the 24th wins, that's fine.
April 2, 200817 yr Is it still allocated one hour on 24th? If so, won't they have to cut some footage out of the 20th's version to put in the stuff from opening night ?
April 2, 200817 yr It is still one hour - but this is a repeat of the 20th - unless they've changed that idea. I thought that the bit with the opening night was later in the year. If I'm wrong, I'll still be having problems recording it then.
