I'm trying to think what scenes could possibly have any form of audience participation.

Can we vote for Scarlett to give Rhett a good slap? I quite enjoyed that bit of Guys and Dolls.

I think we3're turning this into a panto mime. ........ Oh no I'm not.

Talking of scenes - they have top have the one with Tony Fontaine in and then the one with Sam in to show how they protect their own

Tony Fontaine is one of the characters in the cast, so that is more than likely.

Big Sam appears in at least 3 scenes in the film.

They wrote and rewrote the script for the film I think they must have done a literary hokey cokey with some parts of the book - scene in, scene out........... all turn about.

In the Daily Mail "Frankly, Darius, you're taking on quite a challenge!" article, it said this new musical's script was still being tweaked. I should think that's true of every brand new show.

The songs are important.

I think that's why there are so many shows like Mamma Mia, We Will Rock You and Jersey Boys - the songs are great, well-known and well-loved - one major problem sorted!

or laziness - they seem to find the songs then think they can build a musical around them.

The quality of the songs is important, wouldnt it be great if there was a classic one - like Phantom of the Opera,Joseph, Cats or Evita - it seems to really help the profile of the musical, mind you I cant think of any songs from les Miserables -

There are some really good songs but none of them associated with the main hero, Valjean.

The only leak so far said that Darius had an amazing song and wowed them all. That sounds promising.

Bring him home - May not be the right title but brings a standing ovation and is the best song I've ever heard in a musical. I avoided Les Mis for so long and I was missing out on this.
I've read 50 pages of the book so far and I hope it improves because so far it is boring me.
I did warn you there are huge bits which could be skimmed. There are also interesting bits as well.
