Thank goodness society isn't like that now but it takes a brave person to be different (and wars change attitudes as well)

All our careful logic about which scenes there would be based on the cast list, is now of no use because it seems the cast list only shows the role someone plays when they appear on stage for the first time.

In their shoes I wouldn't have been keen to answer those dull questions enthusiastically either.

If you've been in a profession for years and have to do that sort of thing, it irritates. I used to hate it when I'd be at a training course or conference and they'd do that "let's go round the table and introduce ourselves". I'm sure I must've sounded just as indifferent.

I'm happy again now - and not long to go before we know. I hope the theatre isn't still a building site when the first theatre goers turn up.

The 100 plus roles makes me start wondering about how long those previews are going to be. It will no doubt be a normal length by the time I see it.

I'm glad Will's in it. I wonder if Archie is too. I don't like his character at all.

I think that those two are important. Maybe we have a Dr. Meade to be insulted as well.
I bet Darius would have enjoyed having multiple parts. I'm happier with him just being Rhett though.

I think Rhett is a wonderful role, almost a multiple role in itself, and it will give Darius the chance to show different aspects of that character as the story progresses
I can't wait. At least I've gone from ' This is brillian t' to 'I can't wait'. It shows I do progress as I go on.

This is a lead to a site primarilly intended for students studying GWTW.

It gives character analysis etc but it also summarises the book chapter by chapter.....useful to

check instead of looking through the whole book. e.g. how often does Paul Wilson appear in

the story.

Also handy for people who do not have time to read the complete book.

I thought I'd bring this interesting link forward. I didn't remember one of the charcters Derek Hagen mentioned in the blog.
