Competition closes on 12:00pm Wednesday 5th March 2008

Gone with the Wind - one of the greatest love stories of all time is now a major new West End musical playing at the New London Theatre.

Platinum-selling recording artist, songwriter and actor Darius Danesh will lead the cast in Trevor Nunn's ground-breaking production of Margaret Mitchell's classic novel playing the iconic role of Rhett Butler.

Jill Paice returns to the West End to play Scarlett O'Hara, having originated the role of Laura Fairlie in Trevor Nunn's production of The Woman in White both at the Palace Theatre here in London and on Broadway. She was recently star of the Broadway production of Kander and Ebb's Curtains.

This landmark new musical reunites Trevor Nunn with designer John Napier, his collaborator on worldwide smash hits including Cats and Les Miserables.

Set in 1860s Atlanta, Gone with the Wind follows the captivating and passionate story of Scarlett O'Hara and her turbulent relationship with the unpredictable, yet irresistible, Rhett Butler.

Against the backdrop of the Civil War Scarlett embarks on an incredible journey of romantic ecstasy and tragic grief spanning ten years. As the epic tale draws to a close Scarlett discovers that the world she has known has changed forever - gone with the wind.
