London (ANI): A top fashion house paid troubled singer Amy Winehouse raked a whopping £500,000 pounds for a single appearance. The 24-year-old singer, who recently bagged the Worst Dressed gong at the NME Awards, has become a favourite of a number of trendy designers owing to her bizarre style statement.

 

The singer will be flown to France by private jet for Paris Fashion Week, where she will be getting half a million pounds for a gig at Louis Vuitton"s show. One might just call her fashion sense as scruffy, but the Amy has become the fashion industry"s golden girl. Her so called ‘unique" style has made designer Karl Lagerfeld base a clothes line on her.

 

She also appeared at the London Fashion Week earlier this month donning a beehive of sorts and is set to launch her own fashion line. However, her Paris gig will make her miss husband Blake Fielder-Civil"s latest court appearance.

 

So basically Amy could of brought a nice house in London for just doing that one apperance!!!

Wow, that's sooo much money, I can't help but wonder if this is true or not. I mean, is she really worth that much for a few hours, or however long?

Wow, I was reading about Amy getting into the Fashion Industry (Well earned I think, I'm going to be taking up Textile and Design and I think she is an influence with unique style) so I think she might be an icon there and to have a) Fashion Icon there (That pays for itself) and B) Talent, performing (That pays for itself) so I think it'll be the cost of say getting a big fashion icon and robbie williams to play, but she is both fashion icon and a singer (popular at that) The price may be a rumour but I doubt it is far off. :D
