He wanted me to use one where he was smiling but I kept this. He just grinned and tutted. He was trying to work out what to write for someone in that one.

I like the fact that Darius doesn't just sign his name or use the same stock phrases but really tries to write something truly personal.

I like the look of concentration. He phoned a lady in her 80s and spent a while talking to her. She was just so excited, she was like an 11 yr old. It made her year. Unfortunately she had a turn for the worse a few months later, so I'm really glad he spoke to her when he did.

It only matters what the shot is. I prefer him when he's interacting with someone - his character comes out then.
