More information can be seen about this here but it looks like Serbia & Montenegro are going to enter the ESC seperately from now on. Serbia will probably be allowed in 2007, but as Montenegro didn't broadcast the semi final they may have to wait until 2008.

Maybe not, but Serbia would still vote for Bosnia-Herz, Croatia, FYR Macedonia etc and so would Montenegro, so it's another 30 points going to the Balkans out of nowhere is what I meant. :)

Without the balkan bloc votes, Severina and Elena Risteska would have finished lower than Daz I should think...
