March 6, 200817 yr No. She hasnt done this yet, so lets hope she keeps it that way. It could do EXTREMELY well, or EXTREMELY flop, so lets not
March 6, 200817 yr I pray that she doesn't release a ballad as a first single.. we need an up-tempo song!!
March 7, 200817 yr I hear her on dutch radio station sky radio quite often  And yes I hope the comeback single will be an Uptempo one as well. She's on the radio here often too, but it's always either IOL or LOA, which bugs me <_< Why don't they play something else for once? But yeah, the first single has gotta kick serious butt  Edited March 7, 200817 yr by Simes
March 7, 200817 yr I miss that voiceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee  Ok, I'm going crazy! :w00t:
March 8, 200817 yr For me, For her to MOVE away from this stupid "Sprock" genre, it's just another word for Pop really. Each album had something different. Not That Kind - Blues, 1970's, American, Funk and Slow, whereas Freak Of Nature, Europop with a bit of Funk, and then Anastacia, which was "a fuse of Rock, Pop, And Soul," but on a whole it was just a Rocky Pop album with good lyrics. Pieces Of A Dream was poor, it was all second rate "Sprock" material, so I pray that she dosn't carry with it. I'd like to see something with her returning to her old routes, but whizzing it up a little. Her old routes as in Old Vocal techniques, NTK+FON had some pretty decent vocals, where as the 'Anastacia' album had, and as good as her vocals where, where a little bland. Compare the title track 'Freak Of Nature' to 'Time'. BIG difference. If she'd controll her vocals better, and find a new style that she can work with. Rumours of an RnB/Acoustic-Soul album sound amazing, and if it's true I'd be happy, but just hope that the sound isn't to "atmospheric". Oh maybe some 'Acid-Jazz', like turning a track like 'Not That Kind' into more of an acidy beat, that would be amazing! Freak of nature to time but.. what about freak of nature to PRETTY LITTLE DUM DUM
March 8, 200817 yr Whatever happens I want really strong beated vocals, electric guitars, drums, basses, keyboards and maybe acoustic guitars.
