I cant think what could possibly be wrong with a tabloid newspaper whose prime intention is to spread racist $h!t and create panics over absolutley nothing..

Oh. But I only get it like once a year! :P

^ Meh thats neither here nor there for me. Although; I think

Yolande is good actress and I'm a little disapointed

.

Hmm, not at all bothered about this.

She adds nothing to the show..

I loveed Yolande :( they could have used her so much better.
I think shes great but totally underused and wasted, EE's fault not hers.
Child sex abuse plot for 'Enders

Walford-based soap EastEnders is to tackle the sensitive taboo subject of child sex abuse in a forthcoming storyline.

The plot - which has been in development since the end of last year - will see Bianca Jackson's (Patsy Palmer) 15-year-old step-daughter Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) at the fore as she struggles to deal with the actions of her as-yet-unseen and uncast screen step-father, Tony.

Earlier this year, the soap's executive producer Diederick Santer confirmed in an exclusive interview with DS that viewers would soon be meeting Whitney's step-dad. He said: "Well we've heard so much already about Tony and we are building up a picture, aren't we? Bianca obviously thinks the world of him and I think we would all be interested to see him."

A spokesperson for the soap said: "EastEnders is currently planning a future storyline which will tackle sexual abuse within the Jackson family.

"The programme is working very closely with the NSPCC so that this subject is accurately and sensitively portrayed. EastEnders is a contemporary drama which aims to tackle and reflect real-life issues together with raising awareness of the sensitivities that sometimes accompany them."

They added: "EastEnders has successfully drawn attention in the past to a number of sensitive issues including domestic violence, rape and HIV."

John Grounds, NSPCC's director of communications, said of the forthcoming plot: "Programmes like EastEnders are increasingly helping to raise awareness of the hidden nature of sexual abuse.

"The NSPCC's work with the BBC on the forthcoming EastEnders storyline is aimed at ensuring the portrayal of child abuse accurately reflects the damage it can do to the victim, their family and the wider community."

He added: "This is vital in persuading people to take action to stop it and encouraging children to speak out."

Bianca and her gaggle of four children descended on Walford back in April and have since been establishing themselves in the soap.

it wont be broing at all idont think

I hate storylines like that. Their so annoying to watch. And the girl who plays Whitney annoys me. She acts like a 5-year old (the character).

Sean overload -_- I wish he'd just go out of it same with Max, they do my head in.

^ I agree. Sean is very much starting to grate on me; and it don't look like he is going away anytime according to the spoilers for the next couple of weeks.

I am, however, looking forward to his exit at Christmas. :P

Sean is very boring now, about time Stacey put him in his place instead of tip-toeing around him all the time.
I hate sean!!!! he just makes me feel sick and im so glad ronnie and max didnt shag last night i was already being sick all day that would have topped it!

I agree, enough of Sean already, bring on the autumn/winter when his character goes, wich I have read rumours of:

I read in one of the soap pages that Sean could be killed off and the suspects could include Ronnie, Max, Roxy and Jack, apparently there is going to be a wedding, and ont he day Sean gets killed, but by who????

Personally, if EE go with this I think it could be a very exciting storyline, and I'd rather a permanent exit over a jump in the back of a taxi or impromtu visit to the tube station!!!!

Though I have had enough of Max though, creeping over Ronnie, its sick and so his he, I can't stand him, but looking forward to, even with Sean, the Mitchell trip to Weymouth this week!!
