Usher might have quite a long run at the top, depending of course when Mariah Carey's new one is going to be released. If MC is released soon Usher will probably stay ahead since after initial respense at the radio the MC track has slowed its climb considerably while Usher has kept his momentum. But if MC's record company withholds the song for few more weeks to create more upfront demand then it should have no problem hitting no one. Personally I hope Usher will beat MC.

 

Jordin Sparks have no chance of getting no 1 because of the new high-profile tracks, even for top three she will need some special promo (like AI performance).

 

Leona should have a nice climb next week since BL is almost top ten on I-Tunes and picking up steam on top 40 radio.

 

And Janet will disappear from hot 100 very quickly. Next week she will have a decent hold but after that she probably won't have more than a few more weeks inside hot 100.

 

And for Miley Cyrus, she is no number 7 on airplay. She might be no 7 or around that on pop airplay but on total airplay it is still well outside top 20. She has just over 35m AIs while the no 20 track has about 50m so she is probably around no 30-35 on airplay.

 

:yahoo: for Leona, Cascada (Climbing 2 places :D) and WOW at Usher making Number 1! I love that song its a great comeback but it reminds me of 'J Holiday - Bed' :D

"Bed" is SOOOO much better imo :P

HOW THE HELL DID MILEY CYRUS FALL! shes number 7 on airplay and 6 on downloads, she should defo be top 10! Also i think ushers number 1 has been fixed by his record label, his sales are nothing special and hes only top 20 on airplay. well done to janet though, cant understand why everyone is only buying it now though.

 

Usher is #10 in Airplay, and he sold 198,000 downloads. Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" was only #28 on Airplay and sold about 156,000 downloads the week that it hit #1 on the Hot 100, so I don't think Usher's was fixed.
