No, it's not - the draw for the running order will be done on March 17th.

This order has been posted on Eurovision.tv as well, but with Montenegro and Finland the other way around... most bizarre if it isn't the actual draw.

It isn't. That is the order they were drawn from their pots in January but it bears no significance as far as running order is concerned

March 17th! the Draw foe Eurovision semi-finals and final!!!

Yeah, the real draw is supposed to be on March 17. Everyone is going to watch it live right? :)

I have RTS sat hope they gonna broadcast it live :)
