Posted March 8, 200817 yr Just a question ... why does each forum need a moderator? I ask because the Take That one has moderators who visit once in a blue moon! Do we have to have them? Me and Shameless are doing a fine job by keeping it going with occasional help from Shiv (can't she be our moderator if we have to have one - at least she takes part!) At least moderators on the other forums take part in conversations on a regular basis. It is almost as if our moderators (no offence to Dinno and Anna) don't even like Take That, or even know anything about them. They were just given the job because they drew the short straw - it is seen as the music equivalent of a sports commentator having to cover the 25 kilometre walk at the Olympics! Or a winter Olympics commentator having to cover the rolling down an icy slope on a baking tray event (AKA the Luge!) :lol: :lol: Can't Buzzjack make an exception and let the Take That Forum be a moderator-free zone! March 8, 200817 yr i agree here ,the mods dont seem to be aprt of the forum ,norma would be a brilliant moderator for take that,myself and norma are the main regulars here and shiv and sometimes icq drop in,i dont understand why someone would want to be a mod then abondon the forum

And my mind has gone a total blank. I don't even know anything technical - like about banners, etc - there's a pic I'd like to use but if I make a b*llocks of it - I wouldn't know how to retrieve the one thats there now. Ridiculous isn't it - degree in Graphic Design and I'm c**p at new technology! So I think on that front I'll leave well alone. Norma
