I think (in the US anyway) that Damita Jo did a lot better than some people reckon, it was 20YO that really killed her. :arrr:

YA 20 YEAR OLD WAS A BIG FLOP HERE also,she used to always do qwell with her albums but the last 3 are struggling for some reason and the music is as good as ever

out of the top 100 in ireland this week :angry:

Discipline is down to 6 to 9 in the US this week, but sales are only down 29% to 36,670. Total to date there is 275,520. :D

total wordlwide sales are just under 500,000.. its a big disappointment i think, even tough the album is absolutely great!

Total sales to date are 312k in the US (1-3-9-18) and 44k in Japan (9-19-23-28). ^_^

I don't think L.A. Reid will give up on her though, he was adimant in interviews that he will stick by her because he believes in talent always winning through in the end.

L.A. Reid is a really good guy, so I agree with you Kelly. He's got such a good eye for talent from everything from the artists he signs to the producers he ropes in. I think that's apparently when you look at what he's done to turn Mariah's fortunes around as well as giving us the best-received Janet album in a decade, regardless of how it sells. ^_^

 

Anyway! Discipline is down a massive 22 spots to #40 in the US this week :( Sales are down over 60% to just 13k which is it's biggest fall since the second week. Total to date is now 325k in the US.

The album is dropping quite fast..

Discipline is down 10 to #38 in Japan this week. Total sales are now 49,500. :P Also did it not chart in Germany? Feedback did get to #40 there this week.
