Stronger is being played on Radio IO, says it all for me.

Listening to Heart and they played Who am I - and after they said something like - looking forward to hearing Will Youngs new material soon and he's doing some music festivals this year - we'll keep you posted........

I agree. It has been nearly 18 months since she was on X Factor, and I've yet to see any artistic development from her.

 

Personally, she replaced Will Young as the Best British Pop Talent show star of the 21st Century due to her performances on XF3.

 

But her album was a bitter disappointment as (excluding Bleeding Love) it is blandness personified (both Mariah Carey's & Whitney Houston's debut albums were far far better), and in stark contrast to Will Young she does not seem to have an individualism or personality needed to give her a successful long term career in the music industry as she still comes across as Simon Cowell's puppet like Gareth Gates did when Simon Cowell when spending more money on videos and promotion for the runner up of Pop Idol (and look what happened to his career) in comparison to Will Young

That's a cracking post from thisispop and one which I fully agree with, she might have a good voice but I don't like the way she uses it and her personality? is as dull as dishwater to me. Good luck to her though, she'll certainly need it to survive the gruelling schedule that she'll be made to endure at the hands of Cowell, he wants the glory.

I believe you F/G because it's how I feel too. I'm not 'in love' wtih him - too bloody old for a start :lol: - but I do love him for his individualism and strength of character. As I said once before he is a gentle man and such a gentleman - something unique in itself in this day and age for someone so young. He's a throwback from a previous age - and I'm sure his upbringing and family had a huge impact on his character.

 

PLUS he has this beautiful voice which touches the parts others miss. He pushes all the right buttons for me - and has done right from the start.

 

Re Leeona - I have nothing against the girl but the way she sings at the moment does nothing for me at all.

sorry but just had it on repeat for ages and can't get enough..it sounds like it's leading up to him 'doing a Will'..and although we've heard him do that at many a gig..the normals wouldn't have heard that for a while..and i think they need reminding that he can and does do that still. .so looking forward to everything . :wub:

I've just finished reading it. How very special her daughter and son-in-law are. Apparently took a year to organise.... I bet it did.

 

Shallow comment - he has a new tattoo on his inner left forearm. Someone mentioned as to whether it was a tattoo in the pictures at the Brits after show party. :P
