I love anime, but this wasn't...that great. It wasn't BAD and by no means her worst, but I wish they did a more modern anime like style rather than this.

 

It's kinda disgusting people are saying it should have had real Britney in it. She needs to sort her personal life out before working on another video.

Yeah, I think we are lucky for their ti be more releases off Blackout TBH. I like the video now that I've watched it twice ^_^

I think it's very original, very different. That is why people are dissing the video, because this is one of the very few videos to be animated with a symbolic story line that has a deeper meaning in the song.

 

I think I only liked it at first because of all the negative comments posted in here, it has gotten good reviews from E! and OK! magazine so far.

Who cares about the message? Not many people will get it, they will just think it's stupid, which it is.

It's terrible :o It doesn't even match the song, looks like clips from an awful nineties cartoon mixed with the song :( I really thought after all the practice Britney's had this would have a kickass vid :(

I think Britney is working on choreography for 'Hot As Ice' so mayeb that will be the next single.

Nearly everybody hates it. It is completely laughable. The colours are dated and the whole thing doesn't look modern in the slightest. Animated Britney's mouth doesn't even move to the words! It is way too busy. It's just awful. It IS her worst video! :(

Yeah, I think it could be a lot worse. I do agree that it just seems kind of outdated. I mean that's the best type of animation for the vid they could come up with? They could've done a lot better too. I don't get why they have to continue the video as well. I hope that's a joke. If they continue it to the next single or something I will cry. I'm not impressed, that's for sure. Well, at least we got a video though...

Even if it is symbolic you can't expect everyone else to understand what the video is actually about.

 

I don't know. I'm just not all that fond of the video right now. :lol: I mean it's not horrible and when you discover what it could be about it makes the video seem a bit better.

I just feel a lack of storyline in a video is'nt a big deal as long as the video actually makes up for it, but here it just seems as though they have put a japanese cartoon to music with no actual thought as to how it even goes with the music.

I do wish the video went more along with the track too.

It has gotten good reviews, and has gone really well with non-fans. Fans expect too much from her, especially when she is in the state that she is in. You'd think it would be the other way around.

I like all Britney videos but I prefer this to Gimme More and Overprotected (International Version). But I also like the animation.
