I was very slimm last summer when I got salmonela :rofl:

 

I dropped 5 kilos in two days :drama: and after two weeks it was at least 10 kilos less :wub:

 

And now I think I gained it all again :cry:

Eating less and not eating in the wrong hour (in the evening) and I also started doing Pilates. It was very helpful, I finally started to feel muscels which were dead for quite some time :heehee: and then for some unknown reason I stopped :blink:

Well you better get going on them again :P

Actually that reminds me that I was meant to be at the gym an hour ago, ah well :lol:
