Just been on Darius' MySpace, and someone has posted they heard 'Dive In' played in a shop....in America!!

 

Hey Darius!! I was in Bath and Body Works the other day and they played "Dive In" in the store!!! I perhaps cause a bit of a scene in the store but hey, that was the first time I've heard you being played here in America and I was EXCITED!!! :D

 

She lives in Buckley, Washington.

I remember Dive In was a track which made no. 5 in a North American indie, special editions and import chart way back in 2002/2003 despite never being released as a single. Colourblind held the no.1 spot on the same chart for 5 weeks. It must have mainly been on airplay because there weren't downloads then.

That's nice too know. I didn't have internet access for ages and I missed a lot.

I think Rushes was also a number 1 in that chart and his other 'Dive In' singles were at least top ten. I forgot to check for any of the Live Twice tracks, sorry.

Still nice to know about the 'Dive In' ones. I'll remind you for the next album.

Darius

Sadly I was not in the club when this superstar popped in. Of course it is the one and only Darius - He was supposed to be TV X factors first flop instead he has turned into one of their biggest stars he is now playing the lead in the new Theatre production with ‘Gone with the Wind’ at the New London Theatre in the West End. For you guys with a bit of age the original part was played by Clarke Gable one of the biggest heart throbs that ever came out of Hollywood. So there you are Darius at least you can say that you are one of the biggest heat throbs that ever came out of Stringfellows.

The other two guys are in the show but sadly we don’t know who they are yet.

I don't think you'll ever get the reaction you got to the first PI again. Now, it makes no difference.

He must get some looks when he's out in civvies with that carefully trimmed moustache.

It's not many you see these days. My husband had one for years (not carefully trimmed though) I threatened to divorce him when he shaved it off with no warning. He just seemed like a different person. Took ages to get used to.

Do you recognise those guys from the show? I can't place them from the blogs but I don't think everyone was in them.

No I don't. I'll try and look next time I'm anywhere near the stage. Don't hold your breathe though.

I can recognise them both. Just don't know who they play - or even if it's this production.

Your Mum is from an era when the majority of stuff in newspapers including the tabloids was semi-believable. nowadays they're more faction (that's fiction with a few facts thrown in)

I know younger people who believe it too. It's very worrying. The biggest downside is that you just can't believe anything.
