Don't forget that D is a nice person. The clients whose names are constantly in the news are usually the bad guys.

I think D prefers the anonymous life between projects. I just wish he would present tit-bits to assuage the fans till

the next big project comes along.

quote baytree - That's what's always annoyed me in the past. Brilliant19/Mercury always seemed quite happy to let any success for Darius drip away into the sand during long delays between projects, whereas 19/Sony/BMG seemed to go out of their way to ensure their clients' names were everywhere between projects.

I also think like Baytree not just about sony/bmg but the other acts un der 19 etc seem to get publicity even if they are not promoting i.e.GG, cat deeley, emma bunton etc etc so why does D come in the back door as it were, is it his choice or is he perhaps thinking of writing like david sneddon which would give him more flexibility with his home life.

Darius would have had a lot of publicity if GWTW had succeeded - as it should have.
I think that failure shook D more perhaps than we realise. It will certainly make him extra careful in choosing what to do next.
I don't think it'll stop him jumping - just taking him longer to choose what to jump into.

No matter how it turned out overall, imho GWTW was the right choice for Darius to make.

He took a huge risk because it required far more of him than perhaps even he was sure he had, and GWTW has always carried so much baggage, because of the film.

Surely he must feel proud of what he personally achieved in the face of huge expectations.

I think it established him as a West End star. He was brilliant. Now we'll have to see what the appreciation of his acting brings about.

Apparently in the most recent episode of Eli Stone shown in America, Natasha's character, Taylor, is revealed to be pregnant to the guy she had a fling with at the end of the first series and whom she's still dating in the second series.

interesting, ..either a miscarriage story line or padding ..or perhaps to fit in with something else? LOL, just me wondering when Darius would be starting a family of his own,

He's that other young, ambitious lawyer in the firm (Dowd?), whose character I have personally disliked from the first episode. In the last couple of episodes shown in the UK he's the one who's working on the baseball player's case.

I just don't think that the boss's daughter being first engaged to one lawyer in his law firm and then pregnant to another is a great storyline. It's a bit hard to swallow. Especially someone as stunning as Natasha.

I hate finding out things about the second series while I'm watching the first. I stopped reading about Eli Stone to avoid that.
Oh, yes. I like to keep my pen sharp - who knows when it'll have to become a sword.
