Have seen her on loose women twice and she was a hoot. She has such a personality. m y friend has met her seversal times when she was appearing in Torquay as she used to go to the same beach cafe and even there she was a hoot clearing the tables and and shouting out the orders although she was just staying nearby.. She is appearing in panto at either swansea or cardiff but she is playing the dame which is a bit unusual but she will be good. She is getting on a bit but still the same energy.

I suppose it's all comparable - Noel probably was outstanding compared with the rest of that particular company. As the Guys and Dollscritic said it's much harder for lead performers to be outstanding when all around are talented and vastly more experienced. I really admire the way Darius has fearlessly risen to the latter challenge.

IMHO Noel does have a very good voice. I'd say he was pretty much a favourite from the beginning of Popstars a nice, respectful, good looking Welsh boy with a good voice who didn't rock the boat - perfect for moulding, unlike the equally polite, good looking Scot with a mind of his own.

Noel went through a very rough period after hear'say split up so it's great to see he's doing well now.

I forgot to say the whole cast had to adopt american accents.N oel just about managed it but at the end he made the speech without a trace of a welsh accent. I think the problem was that a couple of the supporting artists accent was very good therefore some of the others stood out as not.
Another thought, I read earlier this year that Noel was appearing in las vegas so he has at least been gaining experience.

Sometimes the put on accents really get my back up particularly in touring productions.

I hasten to add that that was certainly not the case with Guys and Dolls. It was a brilliantly strong company, maybe because many came direct from the London production or from other WE shows. Every understudy I saw during its run was excellent.

I'll agree there. I saw pussycat dolls on 'Loose Women' yesterday. I'm not too keen on the song but they interviewed really well. I should think that'd increase their sales. they came over as intelligent and good people. Mind you, I have always liked their style.
Most who go on there mime dont they, it has looked like it to me.
DS have in their news Duncan james is to appear in the Bill. Come on what about some news somewhere that D is to appear in hotel babylon.
The Bill is a bigger programme isn't it. Anyway, Darius has proven himself as an actor whilst Duncan hasn't yet.
