Well I'm not sure if it's the start of the new season but it says therewill be new episodes in the Fall - September?

I'm sure she's filming at least 2 other things - one in Canada and one in the US. Impact, the Canadian SCi Fi one is filming just now I think.

It's good she's busy. I think Darius will really be missing them if she's tied up with filming though. He'll find it a lot harder.

More whopping great cell phone bills.

He should use a landline and one of those numbers which give cheaper international calls while he's here.

I phoned the UK twice from the hotel phone in Canada using my son's card which turns any call into a local rate call and I was charged hardly anything in my final hotel bill for them. I was absolutely amazed.

There are really good mobile tariffs.....we have been looking into them...and our US landline has a good deal on international calls so I'm sure Natasha could phone his hotel.....the problem is the time difference and he's always out and about...and on his mobile
He'll not be as settled without them. I hope they manage quite a long stay whatever's in the pipeline.

I was laughing at the apparent need to find star lookalikes for reality TV contestants. Every guy who's dark skinned is Darius.

PI2 , it was Tariq - touted as the Darius of the series - you have to be joking.

X factor - Chico - no way!

Last Big Brother, Gerry, more Dale Winton than Darius.

Raef doesn't look a lot like Darius but I liked him a lot . I thought he had a fair bit in common with Darius........... Intelligent, articulate and confident....... so at first the public thought he was in his words a "pillock" but as the series progressed they warmed to him.

He was always well mannered and well groomed and generally of calm temperament, he got on well with his fellow contestants and crucially never backstabbed or tried to succeed by putting others down.

I don't like thaty kind of program. It was just chance that I came across Popstars - I'd not have put it on.
I have just watched the best of the worst auditions this afternoon after seeing a picture of D quickly flashedon the screen. I hadnt seen this before. anyway they finished up with D. it was presented by nicki chapman and carrie grant. They were very comlimentary to him and D.Fox pop idol judge said he had star quality and was an example to people who had auditioned and gone on to success.

rafe looked nothing like Darius LOL

apart fomr the fact he was well spoken and well groomed

The Apprentice is quite good, but I don't get involved with anyone in the show, I cant even recall by the next week who was fired, but I do enjoy watching these high flier sorts making a complete mess up of the tasks, it beggers beleif to be honest when they have qualifications coming out of their ears and are sales people and the likes.

I wish I'd seen the Darius bit - my Mum phoned me to say she'd taped it - but it turns out she taped the other channel - again. Still, it was lovely of her to think about it.

Good grief, that old footage again.

I suppose if one person finds it inspirational and it helps them to achieve his/her own goal, whatever that may be, then it's doing some good.

Does anyone remember a show in 2003(?) about ambitious youngsters and their parents - one was a boy called Shane who was about 13/14 who was a big fan of Darius and was inspired to be a singer. I think it showed him meeting Darius and chatting to him. Well, he had a few knockbacks but either this month or last, there was a message from him on D's facebook or myspace to say he's about to release his first CD.

I did see that Baytree and remembered that boy and his mum, in fact I have it on tape somewhere. At that time he wasnt that good but I expect he has come on a lot since then.

She must be devastated. I think most of us just couldn't imagine carrying on living without their husband. She has my sympathy - as do her children. The one yet to be born will always feel something is missing. The older two will know what is. Telling them they've known love when many others never truly experience it wont be much comfort.

All I can say is, my thoughts are with them even though I'm unlikely to ever meet them.

The depth of her emotion and her ability to express it so eloquently marks Natascha herself out to be

a very special person.I hope she finds the love and support she will need to bring herself and her

family through this dreadful time. My heart goes out to them.

It's nice to see you here again Bramley. I hope all has been well.

Thank you. What a wonderful tribute from a loving wife.
