Off the top of my head, the projection of consciousness outside of the body has been shown in all of the following: Parapsychology, Hypnosis, NDE, OOBE, Kinesiology and Quantum physics. There are others also but don't have a name. Kirlian photography is another.

Kirlian photography is another. only as a theory... ive heard of 'astral projection/travel' but as far as im aware theres not yet any scientific evidence to support this notion. there is a hospital, with a cupboard thing in an operating theatre, on top of this cupboard there is an object that cannot be seen from below. a doctor has put it there so when people on the oporating table have an out of body experience they can see what this thing is, therefore proving that the conciousness can live outside the body. needless to say, to date no one has managed to relate what the object is.

When I dream I imagine I´m in a different country, that doesn´t mean I actually been there, it´s just my imagination... Plus, all the people who claim to have OOBE describe the experience with the 5 senses, which is a proof that it´s just the memory or imagination of the person operating... Otherwise, the person would have felt something different from the 5 senses, since they depend on the body (eyes, nose, ears, tongue, skin...). If there was conscience outside the body people would not feel the world the same way. If I eat my own eyes I become blind... The how come someone who is outside the body would be able to see? If that was true, people who don´t have eyes would be able to see with their soul...

You didn't read the previous post on top of this cupboard there is an object that cannot be seen from below Often reported cases include identification of objects, locked away, impossible for patients to see, items on the roof, only available to see by the roof maintence man or a passing helicopter. If that was true, people who don´t have eyes would be able to see with their soul... Quite true, there have been a few document cases of that also ;)

May 27, 200619 yr I don't recall ever coming across that term, tell us more. :) oh its a little known research group, whos aim is to explore the human possibilities. the meaning of life type stuff, its very educational actually. i was in it for 2 years in the mid 90's and it taught me alot about the possibilities that we have, and how to try to understand whats going on in the universe... they use nature/natural law as their 'bible' or tool kit... some of the terms you use are akin to what they say..
