Ashley proved she would of been an amazing Nancy with 'As Long As He Needs Me', her rendition was the best yet IMO.

Agreed, it was the first time I was wowed by her.

Rachel or Jodie to go tonight please :naughty:

I can see Samantha in the final now with that performance from Wicked it was amazing. it just blew me away, bought tears to my eyes, it was pitch perfect.

I can't see Jodie as a Nancy I'm afraid, she just too big built and her performance was awful, Rachel improved from last week, a better performance, Jessie I can see her in the final, but she has to stop making those awful facial expressions with her mouth.

And on a final note Niamh murdered my all time favourite song by No Doubt, she will be going home tomorrow, ALW won't save her this time round.

Niamh was the best of the night for me  vocals werent perfect but probably 2nd best..... was really disappointed with Jodie, Jessie and Sam this week but i think Jodie should go home tomorrow

Me thinks that Niamh will go tommorow (yes! :kink:) She just cant cut that darker side of Nancy I think. Also, she murderd Don't Speak/No Doubt.

I think that Samantha has the best chance of winning. Jodie is just not a dance, full stop. but she has an amazing voice. Undecided yet. I wish Jessie would pick up her game a bit more, she is incredible :(

Samantha's defying Gravoty was unforgettable

Sam's wasn't 'pitch perfect' as someone said, but, grudgingly, I'll say it was pretty damn good. She still hasn't proven to me at all why she's suitable for Nancy, but tonight's performance was her best by miles.

Jodie and Rachel got my votes tonight - Niamh was just awful, especially with her creep stalker backing dancer. Jessie was good, but not as a good as previous weeks. Her diction was spot on, though. Rachel and Jodie got my votes because they're so capable, and not liabilities like the others.

I'm not sure Niamh would go if she was up against Jodie or Rachel to be honest. I really don't think ALW wants them to win, especially Jodie. Did you see the look of thunder on his face when John dared to suggest she was great?! He might not be back next week if he keeps exposing the Lord's favouritism at the rate he is :o *conspiracyyyy*

Unfortunately I couldn't rate Jodie tonight, she is not much of a dancer, I be surprised if Jodie and Niamh will be the bottom 2 tomorrow, which leaves who would ALW pick to go forward to the semi final, I reckon it be Jodie, saving Niamh third time would be a bit stupid, when he saved her for the past fortnite.

I'm beginning to feel Samantha is well ahead of Jessie at the moment, with Rachel been the dark horse.

Niamh has to go, for her awful performance of the No Doubt standard it was painful to listen to, and she really is just not right for the part of Nancy. As for the TV section on her getting more aggressive with those Rugby players, the producers would have been better off sending out on a boozy night with Charlotte Church & Gavin Henson.

Samantha was the stand out performer tonight, as she nailed Defying Gravity.

Before two weeks ago, I had Jessie as the clear favourite, but the last two weeks have placed real question marks on her staying power, as she seems to have lost her self-belief and spark.

Jodie is the traditional cliched Nancy stereotype, but her dancing was atrocious, so it is a good job she is able to sing brilliantly. Whilst Rachel is a solid reliable performer, but for me she just seems to lack the extra something needed to win the competition.

In short, unlike virtually all Reality TV talent shows, I still think the winner is very much up for grabs with two weeks to go.

Defying Gravity has gone Top 40 on iTunes!!!! :o

wow she could actually get it in the charts!!! :o

i knew Niamh would go but i know she will get something better then Nancy i can see her in Beauty and the Beast or something

I agree with what ALW said, Niamh is clearly a potential star, but needs a little more time to develop.

If this competition had taken place in 2/3/4 years time she could easily have been good enough to win, as she has a fantastic voice as proved tonight on her leaving song As Long As He Needs Me.

But I agree with the judges that she very easily has the potential to become a very big West End star in the future.

Sam was amazing in the group performance and her solo one

i agree that Rachel could be a dark horse

With Jessie sliding at a steady pace

Still Sam 2 win for me

glad Niamh went I think her performance of 'as long as he needs me' was the worst yet although it was still brilliant.

I'm hoping Sam goes next but I'm pretty sure she will be in the Top 2 with Jessie.

so I think It'll be either Rachel or Jodie taking a bow on Saturday!

After watching tonight's show....

...... Four very good performances, but I think my favourite just three weeks ago (Jessie) will be the one to miss the Final.

For the second week running Samantha was the best, as she completely put Leon Jackson to shame by giving a master class in singing When You Believe. (I wonder how much the song choice was deliberate seeing how Simon Cowell had a pop at how well this show is doing in the ratings....)

I wanted Jodie to be the one to miss the Final, but tonight she was just too damn good.

I can see Rachel being the other singer in the bottom two despite a rousing opening performance of Cabaret (I would not be surprised to see Liza Minnelli in the iTunes Top 100 within the next 24 Hours as a result), but I think ALW will save her, and the one time favourite Jessie will depart.

Bloody good performance from Rachel, I believed every note of it. Jodie was also fantastic, and Sam gave her best performance so far, although she smiled too much

for my liking - but the opening was good . Jessie was good, but the weakest link I think.

As far as I'm aware the spoiler for this week is (obviously don't highlight if you don't want to know!):

Rachel and Sam in the bottom two, Rachel leaving

Edited by Andrewy

I thought Rachel was the best this week followed By Jodie. I though Jessie and Sam were about as good as each other. I want Sam to go but If the spoiler above is true It's what I predicted! :(

Rachel was the best last night, her performance was outstanding, Samantha did a better version of the Whitney Houston track, puts Leon Jackson's version to shame, in my opinion Jodie performed her best performance to date, and sadly who I thought that Jessie could win, gave her worst performance to date, I agree with ALW what he said about her, if Jessie and Rachel are in the bottom 2 tonight, got an inkling ALW will save Rachel.

Samantha to win next week.
