Cuz I Can
Points - 49 (1andonlyanastacia 8, Josh 15, Suus 17, Frank 9)

Cuz I Can is a song written by Pink, Max Martin and Lukasz Gottwald on her fourth album, I'm Not Dead, from which it was the seventh single.

In the song, Pink says she plays by her own rules and boasts about her "bling", a contrast to the anti-consumerist content of Stupid Girls, another track on the album. Referring to Cuz I Can, she called herself "a walking contradiction" and "a hypocrite sometimes." It was one of the five album tracks that leaked onto the internet in July 2005.

The single was sent to radio stations in Australia on October 4, 2007. It debuted at number thirty-three on the Australian ARIA Digital Track Chart and peaked at number fourteen. The track debuted at number thirty-nine on the New Zealand Singles Chart, becoming the first single to chart on download sales alone. It peaked at number twenty-nine.

The music video was first seen on Australian television on October 5 2007 and is a live performance video from the I'm Not Dead Tour. The performance, which was the show opener for the tour, featured dancers dressed like monks and with only underwear beneath their robes.

Nobody Knows
Points - 49 (pink_princess01 11, Suus 14, Frank 11, Nicky 13)

Nobody Knows was the fourth single from Pink's fourth album, I'm Not Dead. It was released on November 20, 2006 in the UK and during January 2007 in Australia and Europe.
The song is the most vulnerable track on I'm Not Dead, and it talks about feelings of despair and loneliness kept hidden from the world. Pink wrote the song with billymann, who she said was her Linda Perry for I'm Not Dead (Linda Perry co-wrote and produced most of the tracks on M!ssundaztood, Pink's second album) in an interview with MTV's Making the Video. It is a song that describes feelings that one can have but not show to the outside world. The song shows off Pink's vocals in full power.
The song was released as a single on November 20, 2006 in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and on January 13, 2007 in Australia; it reached number twenty-seven in all three countries. It was the first single from I'm Not Dead to miss the top five on the ARIA Singles Chart, on which it reached its peak in late January 2007, but it was very popular on radio. Two weeks before this, Who Knew (the second I'm Not Dead single) had re-entered the chart and "U + Ur Hand" was still on the chart, which meant that three singles by Pink were in the top fifty (as of January 21, 2007). On the UK Singles Chart it was Pink's lowest peaking single at the time, and the first I'm Not Dead single to miss the top ten.
Nobody Knows reached number seventeen in Germany and number seventy-four on the Eurochart Hot 100 Singles chart. Although it reached the top forty on the majority of charts on which it appeared, it was not as successful as the album's preceding singles. In Canada the song was released to radio in mid-January shortly after the success of "U + Ur Hand"; in Belgium "Dear Mr. President" was the fourth single from the album.

The Music Video
The music video was shot in London by director Jake Nava. The first scene features Pink in a hotel room (shot in Mayfair Hotel) staring out of a window, and later accessing her laptop computer. During the video she messes up the room by throwing everything around, and she is later seen sitting in the fetal position in a shower. Another scene shows Pink walking down a street, past a couple in love and some drunken men. The video ends with Pink singing to an empty auditorium, pretending to do a real performance.

Runaway
Points - 50 (pink_princess01 14, 1andonlyanastacia 15, Shameless 9, James.S 12)

Runaway is the 10th track on I'm Not Dead and was written by Pink and Billy Mann. Pink said that Runaway has "...been especially hard for [my parents] hearing me write about things they never knew about ... My mom's like, 'Were you really that angry? Was I really that in denial? Was I really that bad a parent?' 'No, Mom - you were great. You didn't try to run me over with your car. I made it up.' But by writing all of it down and sharing it with the world, I've broken with most of it"

The song appears on the soundtrack of the 2004 film Mean Girls.

A music video was produced for the song. The video features scenes of Pink and others getting dressed, riding a subway, and going to a nightclub. The video debuted on MTV's Total Request Live at number ten on January 22, 2004 and peaked at number six.

Get The Party Started
Points - 60 (1andonlyanastacia 6, Shameless 13, Angelic Shine 14, Suus 10, Nicky 8, Grami 8)

Get the Party Started was the first single from Pink's second album, M!ssundaztood released in 2001. It became an international hit and reached the top ten in many countries.

The song was written by former 4 Non Blondes frontwoman Linda Perry. She said that the process of making the song was "so unlike me"; according to her, she was going through a "weird phase" during which she wanted to learn how to program drums. She programmed her first beat, picked up a bass guitar and, in her words, "did what the beat was asking me to do." She decided to put "every wrong instrument" in the song, and consequently acquired a horn sample. "I was doing the music, the melody was already coming to me in what I wanted the song to be", she said. She finished the song by including in the song "every catch phrase you possibly could imagine", before laughing at the realisation that she had written a potential hit single and her first dance song. "You create something in your bedroom or your house, and it's just a fun thing that you're doing", she said. "Then all of a sudden, you hear that song that you started in your house, and it's on the radio. And people are now acknowledging it. It's just trippy."
According to Perry (during an interview with VH1's Driven), she wrote the song years before she introduced it to Pink. She said, "....I felt that it was a big hit but it didn't suit me. Pink was the right person for the song". Perry guided Pink through the album because Pink had total creative control over her music.

It reached number four on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, becoming Pink's biggest solo hit in the U.S. alongside "Most Girls" (2000). It peaked at number two in the UK, where it was narrowly denied the top spot by the posthumous release of George Harrison's "My Sweet Lord". It reached number one in Australia and on the United World Chart. It was certified gold in Australia, Austria, Germany, Sweden and Switzerland, and in Norway it received a platinum certification.
The song was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2003 in the category of "Best Female Pop Vocal Performance", which it lost to Norah Jones's "Don't Know Why". It won the award for "Favourite Song" at the Kids' Choice Awards of 2002, and at the MTV Europe Music Awards of 2002 it won the award for "Best Song". "Get the Party Started" is often considered one of Pink's signature songs

In early 2002 Pink teamed up with Bally Total Fitness to promote Bally Total Fitness memberships. The title of the advertising campaign was "Get This Body Started", and in early 2002 there were several Bally Total Fitness commercials in the United States that used the Pink song. The track was also used extensively by the NBA during the 2002–2003 season. For the Finals, ABC used the song as the introduction music in 2003.

P!nk also teamed up with Redman and Rockwilder for a remix of "Get the Party Started", using elements of the Eurythmics song "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)". The remix was released as a single only in France, where it reached number four and was certified gold. Pink performed the remix during her I'm Not Dead Tour in 2006 and 2007. The remix was also featured on the 9th installment of the U.S. version of the Now That's What I Call Music! series.

Get the Party Started was covered by Stretch Arm Strong for the compilation album Punk Goes Pop, by Damien Rice and Lisa Hannigan on the album Even Better Than the Real Thing Vol. 1, and by Shirley Bassey for a spy-themed 2006 Marks & Spencer Christmas television advertising campaign. Her version became a cult hit and was included on her 2007 album, also titled Get the Party Started. The Guardian wrote, "Bassey is the only singer alive who could take the bouncing, enthusiastic R&B of the original Get the Party Started and turn it into a grand, imperious swoop worthy of a Bond theme; it's a terrific cover version, even if it perhaps didn't quite merit the album attached to it.". On 13th January 2008, Bassey's version was used in the opening sequence to the ITV1 series "Dancing on Ice"

The music video was shot by director Dave Meyers in Los Angeles. In the video Pink is showering and getting ready to go out, trying on different outfits. One of her friends picks her up, and they drive in a car headbanging to the music. They get out of the car and steal two skateboards from two boys, after which Pink falls off her skateboard because men in a car are whistling at her. The women arrive at the club but are refused entry by the bodyguard, so to get in they use a window washing platform to reach the top of the building. Inside the club the bartender is played by Linda Perry. Pink changes her clothes and starts to party, and at the end Pink dances with two other dancers. She takes off her earrings and necklace and gives it to a person. One of the dancers in the video is Kevin Federline, who subsequently became a back-up dancer for Britney Spears and was married to her. Gwen Stefani was also in this video.
The video was nominated at the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards for "Best Pop Video" and won the awards for "Best Female Video" and "Best Dance Video".

I'm Not Dead
Points - 64 (pink_princess01 4, 1andonlyanastacia 9, Angelic Shine 7, James.S 14, Frank 19, Nicky 3, Grami 6, Ryan 2)

I'm Not Dead is the sixth and title track on Pink's forth album, I'm Not Dead, and was written by Pink and Bill Mann.

According to Pink, I'm Not Dead, is her first "subtle" and "poetic" self-written song: "Usually it's very much more cartoon-y and blunt, the way I write songs. I don't really know diplomacy or subtlety." The song was inspired by how Pink and producer billymann felt about the end of their working relationship: "We were scared to move on from each other, after seeing how much that little bit of time together changed us, and how scary change is."

Long Way To Happy
Points - 75 (pink_princess01 10, 1andonlyanastacia 13, James.S 15, Frank 14, Nicky 2, Grami 14, Ryan 7)

Long Way To Happy is the third track on I'm Not Dead, written by Pink and Butch Walker. The song is based on a poem about sexual abuse Pink wrote when she was thirteen years old. "I know a lot of people that have been abused and/or molested and/or f***ed over by someone close to them. And I'm no exception. And that's that song", she said.
Long Way To Happy was originally the title for the album, but Pink changed her mind because she thought I'm Not Dead made a stronger statement that this was a comeback album.

amazing songs, both of them. I think they both belong to her best.
