Posted March 27, 200817 yr Richie Sambora was arrested for drunk driving Tuesday night. To make matters even worse, reports are surfacing that Ava, Sambora's 10 year old daughter, was in the car with him at the time of his DUI arrest. Police are not yet confirming or denying that it was Sambora's daughter in the car, since the situation is still under investigation. Laguna Beach Sgt. Jason Kravetz told Us Weekly that "There were three females in the car, two of them were juveniles. The officer [that arrested Sambora] formed the opinion that Mr. Sambora had been operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol." Sambora is set to appear in court on May 7th. :(
