May 25, 200619 yr Does anybody ever take any notice of critics? why do people go to see rubbish blockbusters in droves? Curiosity perhaps. People wanting to see what all the fuss is about when a film is hyped to death. In the case of "Da Vinci Code", the fact that 40 million people read the book guarantees at least 40 million bums on seats in any case, and probably around another 40 million more when you take into account the fact that those who read the book will drag their other halves to see the film regardless of whether they read it or not..... :lol: And also the fact that there is endless "Da Vinci Code"-related progs about it on C4 and C5 at the moment.....
