Did you...? I honestly dont remember to be honest...

Was it not the case that you thought that the accident in Paris was an assassination...? Like I say, I dont feel that it was.. But I almost certainly believe that there was somebody out there who was intending on doing harm to Diana (perhaps an assassin hired by UK arms industry or political interests..), but it aint the same thing as saying that the tragedy in Paris was an assassination in itself... There are far easier ways to make murder look like an accident than staging something as elaborate as a car crash where there are just way too many things that can go wrong....

Professional assassins account for ALL variables and would've staged something a lot more simple and low-key - such as a suicide.. Given her pretty fragile mental state, a 'suicide' wouldn't be such a difficult sell let's face it....

I don't think the car crash was intended I do think that it was just an accident, but as you said I do believe that if she didn't die the way she did someone would have killed her. I mean lets face it the Queen was her biggest enemy.

I mean lets face it the Queen was her biggest enemy.

I dont think the Queen would really go that far herself, although someone acting in what they imagine to be her interests on the other hand purely off their own initiative without any direct orders, trying to curry favour with the Royals, I can see that actually....

I still believe, however, that the international arms trade would be the most likely suspects in any assassination plot.. They seem to just act above the law anyway, with even less legal restraints than politicians or intelligence operatives, or indeed the Royal Family.. Look at the whole BAe Systems/Saudi bribes investigation scandal for example, you have a bloody PRIME MINISTER and the sodding ATTORNEY GENERAL just completely and utterly disregarding the rule of law in order to protect the interests of the fukkin' Arms Industry.... <_< <_<

Hmmm, I sense another thread coming on.....
