Red Lights... was a mistake, and i'm not sure why Leave Before The Lights Come On left the chart so quickly, but overall they've done quite well. 3 number ones, and a further two top fives :o

I only started my chart after any AM singles, but most of them probably would've reached #1 :heehee:

 

Brianstorm would definitely have been the longest running #1 though. My favourite AM song (and in my top 3 favourite songs ever). :wub:

They've now had EIGHT number ones, and counting! :o

Oh dear, their third album was such a disappointment. I got into it eventually, but it's just not as good as the first two. Nothing to quibble about now looking back, though My Propeller probably should just have scraped top ten, considering how it grew. It's certainly on a par with Fluorescent Adolescent at least.

'Favourite Worst Nightmare' and 'Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not' would be definitely no.1 too, but I haven't compile album chart in that time sadly.

'Humbug' was #1 but it felt really quick, such a disappointment record, singles didn't do well too.

'Suck It And See' was really great comeback, although I haven't been happy with some singles choices. Album have huge chart run, first two albums would have similar longevity, actually even stronger longevity coz both albums are among my faves all time.
