Posted April 2, 200817 yr so today her 'abductor' has been arrested on child porn charges. he has apparently got indecent images on his pc. pity.... i was hoping it was a chav scam to defraud the public of money 'find shannon' campaign type thing.
April 2, 200817 yr I thought it was her stepdad  I must have read it wrong, it must his stepdad.
April 2, 200817 yr Radio 1 reported her step-dad had beenb arrested & police took the family computer.
April 2, 200817 yr Author yep my original post is wrong... her 22 year old step dad, her 'abductor' though is still under police arrest.
April 2, 200817 yr http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/bradford/7326006.stm Yep defo was the stepdad. So what does this mean now? The stepdad and the abductor arranged the attack?
April 2, 200817 yr It doesn't mean anything, He's been arrested on seperate charges at the moment. I do think he had something to do with it though.
April 2, 200817 yr Is she even back home yet or still in care? Still in the care of the police and social services.
April 2, 200817 yr There are also younger siblings of Shannon who were at home with Shannon's mother and step father. It really is very worrying for those children too. It certainly hasn't been the happy ending that people were hoping for when Shannon first went missing and the news just keeps getting worse. They do seem a very dysfunctional family and that's very sad for the children.
April 3, 200817 yr Isn't it the case that the stepdad and the bloke under arrest for the actual abduction are actually related though...? It would seem incredible to me that the stepfather didn't have some involvement with the abduction considering the material that has now been alledgedly found on his computer..... This is turning very nasty indeed actually.... I reckon both these dirty, sick pervs abducted the girl to have their way with her, but then couldn't go through with it for whatever reason (mind you, we dont really know all the gory details yet do we...? Do we really want to know though...? )

April 7, 200817 yr It's been reported that the mother has been arrest! http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/bradford/7333898.stm This case is getting bizarre! Edited April 7, 200817 yr by Ollie Williams
April 7, 200817 yr I knew there was something more sinister about this abduction, her parents to me at the time of the abduction, were looking a bit dodgy to me. Something is not right about the family
April 7, 200817 yr Author as i suspected, it looks as if this dumb crew has tried to do a 'maddy' in an attempt to get money for themselves. a 'find shannon' fund... how bloody thick are they? fancy doing a thing like that if you have kiddy porn on your pc!!!!! morons.
April 8, 200817 yr The Daily Star reported that this was a sham and they copied the idea from Shameless!!!! The family organised it all. Please note that I wasn't actually reading the Daily Star. Someone else bought it in work and we were all reading it
April 8, 200817 yr What a f***ed up family :manson: While not pre judging what the courts will decide that family has serious issues

April 8, 200817 yr I thought my mum was taking the p*** when I got in from work and told me the latest on this, then I saw front page of the paper! That poor kid, she'll be in care now until shes an adult, and all the while she'll be blaming herself no doubt, I dont know how people can be so selfish to their kids, its awful.
