Emailing SonyBMG is pointless. SonyBMG on a whole is a mammoth company, you'll never find an answer. Even just emailing RCA/Epic/Daylight Labels, you'll still struggle to find answers. The best bet is to email someone who is working with her, (Songwriters/Producers/Directors/Management).
