April 22, 200817 yr I was so glad he called first because if he'd just come up and used his key to get in, I might not have had the presence of mind. Now I have to remember to record This Morning on Friday. Let's hope no politician decides to step down this time. I wonder if I should risk videoplus. I've got the number - 93019
April 24, 200817 yr Don't forget......I'll try to remember to set sky, but may have other things on my mind
April 25, 200817 yr Author He was on first, so that's alright. Talk to you tonight, Pam. Hope everything is OK
April 25, 200817 yr I hope she has had the all clear from a doctor who understands how much talking and singing she'll be doing.
April 26, 200817 yr I think it's too big a burden and Margaret Martin should work on replacing Jill's weaker songs with script.
April 26, 200817 yr Author Or songs by other cast members. From the first preview, as much as I liked Jill as Scarlett, it just felt too much. I was worried about her voice then. This infection may be nothing to do with it but, you can hear the strain in some numbers. Rather than have her not do some shows and disappoint people, a few less songs could just help.
April 26, 200817 yr Author We want more. Seriously though, the play jumps into focus when he's on stage.
April 26, 200817 yr I agree, Jill has suhc a big role! when she started to cough I thought oh no, she'll have to go off - a few times she coughed once when singing - how her voice holds up I don't know! As for Darius,. he is so crisp so commanding up there, it is hard ot take your eyes off him even when he isnt talking an din the background!
April 26, 200817 yr Author That's because, even in the background, he's still Rhett and still commnds the stage.
April 27, 200817 yr Yeah Darius is to blame! If his commanding presence hadn't kept distracting the critics they might have been able to follow what else was happening in the auditorium far better than they appeared to.
