what would be your fave from this??

 

I've gone with the Roast Chicken and all the trimmings! But it could easily have been Fish & Chips (but it depends on the chippy - we have an excellent one near us - bloody expensive but well worth it!)

i love all diners on that list but at home today i made fried mine meat with carrots and onions and thickened with gravy and some ketchup with some mash pottaoes my daughter loves it and i must say i enjoye dit also

i have to go with a nice homemade roast chicken dinner which for me consists of

 

chicken stuffings and gravy

carrots and cauliflour

mash and roast potatoes

I'd substitute the cauliflower with Carrot & Swede mash. I'd also have some broccoli in there. And I know Cranberry should be with Turkey .... but I like it with chicken too.

 

Do you make your own gravy or are you one of those Schwartz or Colman's cheats?

I do too (although I will admit to having a few sachets of Schwartz in case of emergencies!)

 

'Fraid the replacement for beautiful roast spuds has yet to be invented.

I've had Chilli and Crusty Bread for breakfast before now ... mind you that was a staple student breakfast at the time.
