what is your own personnel fave??

 

I love you Shameless! You must be the king of polls!

 

Are we talking brand name soups here? Or are we voting on what we consider to be the best (when its made right) combination of ingredients soup? Either way ... I'm going to wait and see how my lentil soup turns out tonight!

 

For now though, assuming we are talking tins! I'd go with Tomato soup (Heinz with a bit of single cream poured in it before serving).

I think it started shortly after Easter. Me and Shameless were having a conversation about easter eggs and chocolate in general. Then the conversation got onto chocolate and Cadbury's - and the next thing you know - we had a biscuit poll! Then, logically, soups followed and now the latest edition ... the main meal (I think you chose Fish & Chips).

 

We're thinking of a dessert poll next!

What IS oxtail soup? Is it meaty?

yes it would be in a way like beef soup personnally i hate it but some love it

Ahhh!! Well I went for good ole veggie soup!! Nice on a cold day like this!! Brrrr...

VEG is classic and always a faveourite and probably the best selling soup also

It used to be made with ox tails but as they're so expensive I think beef is used as a substitute now.

I made it once (with ox tails) and it was really rich and almost 'gamey'. The ox tails were really expensive too!
