I didn't know you were a chef Shameless. Have you been watching the BBC2 program 'Great British Menu'? Its really good - tonight's one particularly so - they had a Yorkshireman up against a Lancastrian. The Lancastrian won - but the guy from Yorkshire was so innovative (and he was really young). I love most of these foodie programs - I really like 'Come Dine With Me' but I'm not so fond of the new format that was on last night.
