Thanks BT and Spamfritter......sorry to be a nuisance.

I still have not worked out how the Forum Chart is judged. Is it based on the number of posts,

or the number of views. If the latter, does it count every time I view the index....could be three

or four times a day. Or is it the number of different viewers?

Yes it's done on every thread viewed/read

They did a trial on counting posts....we were top....not only for views but posts as well

They said it was too difficult to split it and went back to views only

I've been exploring the other headings at the top of the page. I'm deprived! Unloved and unwanted.

I have no friends! I shall creep into a corner and sulk. Only joking of course. I've never noticed the

click-ons at the top of the page before (observant, that's me). The My Assistant is interesting, showing

the top posters each day.Don't know how they find the time......some are well over a hundred!

It seems that Ant and Dec's first foray abroad has fallen flat. It appears few people watched it on American TV.
It's a Gameshow, called Wannabet. The public put money on whether they can perform certain stunts.
I think you'd have to like Ant and Dec for that to work. That film of theirs was one of the worst ones I've seen.
Quote - It appears few people watched it on American tv. Regarding Ant and Dec, sorry but Im with the american public.

I think a lot of their appeal comes from familiarity, and from their interaction with each other. To break new ground

with people to whom they are strangers is going to be very difficult.

I'm not a fan, either, Preston.

Didn't Matthew Kelly ( and someone else) do a gameshow called "You Bet" (?), where members of the public took on challenges. Sounds like a twist on that or the one Cilla Black hosted.

That's what flicking does for you. You're sometimes stopped in your tracks by poor as well as good shows.

I'm ashamed to admit it now but the first time I saw Deal Or No Deal on French television I thought it was great.

They didn't have the tiny money amounts but instead had crazy booby prizes which the person who opened that box kept and the boxes were named for French departements, if I remember correctly.

It was channel hopping that made me watch popstars. There was this boy singing a base line beautifully. I carried on watching and stopped when he left the program.
