April 29, 200817 yr Suppose by accident in all the rush of packing, I left my tickets at home, would they still have a record of my booking ? I booked through SEE. Would we still get in?
April 30, 200817 yr I think they do....you may need the credit card you booked them on.....Meg will be able to tell you. I turn back home for mine, luckily I'd only gone 40 minutes down the road....but it was a pain.
April 30, 200817 yr Author lol..you know on Saturday I was saying the same thing to hubby, I am always paranoid I will lose tickets, and we discussed that if you had the seat numbers, and the credit card surely they would just re issue or let you in - as it was done online the record should be there
April 30, 200817 yr Author I suppose if you lost them before hand, or they didnt arrive in the post, they would reissue them and you would have to collect them from the box office on the night..so they must have records anyway
April 30, 200817 yr There was a mix up once with my Chicago tickets which I'd booked online. They came, I kept them safe and took them with me, only to find I'd got matinee seats instead of evening ones. Maybe I'd moved the mouse onto the wrong bit, I don't know. When I showed them my bus itinerary showing that I didn't arrive in London until 5.15 pm, they kindly gave me a complimentary ticket. They didn't have to but they did. That's why I avoid booking anything online unless I've got another pair of eyes to check I've filled in the correct details. I'm terrible at proof reading from a screen.
April 30, 200817 yr Author thank god they did that, its something I always check - I never quite trust I have ordered them correctly, or will recieve the right ones, even on satuday I was scanning the tickets again, checking..and I knew I had done it more than once when they first arrived! I always have a dread of that sort of thing, I'm the one chekcing hteir passport at the airpost, knowing I have already checked a hundred times before! I think we will have to ring up the box office to book for June, the seats I am being offered on line for June matinees are not good ones Edited April 30, 200817 yr by prettyinpink
April 30, 200817 yr Not that I would ever have stood outsided the theatre and said 'Oh no! I've forgotten the tickets' They have always been very good. I've had to wait until minutes before it started to go in but, since I payed by credit/debit card they have had a record of it. I'd still prefer not to forget but it's always so rushed when it gets to the day.
April 30, 200817 yr Well that's one nightmare off my head. I'm making a list of things I need to take. Guess what's going at the top after my passport, credit/bank cards, travel documents/hotel reservations?
May 1, 200817 yr Tickets now in folder with other documentation. If I forget them, I forget everything.
May 1, 200817 yr Now that's taking it too far, BT. If you HAVE to forget something, just the tickets would do.
