I'd only call the airplay chart "official" though. :P

Does that mean no downloads, just physical CD Single sales?

Sadly yes. For some reason, there still hasn't been any weekly digital charts from ORICON unless you look at the i-Tunes charts. And with the way commercial single sales keep decreasing every year over there, ORICON needs to remember that we're not in 2001 anymore and digital sales have to be added pretty soon before the #1 single in Japan sells less than 20K over there. :wacko:

That's just ridiculous :lol: and I'm surprised at Billboard for not including a digital element.
