I'm honestly not sure how it'll go down. A song about the singer killing her abusive boyfriend, I don't think it can be accused of being generic. However, after "Dream Big" flopped maybe BJSC dislikes her. :lol:

June 29, 200916 yr Author 'Dream Big' was just apalling and ruined a fantastic instrumental single. I'm not familiar with the original, but "Dream Big" is personally one of my least favourite by her, but it's probably one of the most commercial songs on the album so probably the one that had most BJSC potential. I think this is far superior to that track, did you listen?

It's good, but not as good as, say, Violet Stars Happy Hunting!!, which I don't think has been entered yet. That being said, if Many Moons didn't do well, I don't know if VSHH would do better...

Yeah, that was my thinking with VSHH. It's quite similar to "Many Moons" (since they run into each other on the EP), but shorter and perhaps less engaging/catchy? "My Favorite Nothing" is a slightly different side to her from what the BJSC have heard, but I don't know if it's one people will actually like? Basically I'm stumped this month! :nocheer:

Now I know of 3 people who like and 2 who don't, feel like I should go with my instinct and go for it but it's my 13th contest and I'm feeling unlucky.
