BACK IN TOWN: Canadian songbird Celine Dion, here with husband René Angélil and son René-Charles, popped into Vic & Angelo's in Palm Beach Gardens with a party of 10 Friday night to celebrate in style the kickoff of her European tour this weekend in the U.K. I'm told Dion and clan, who also checked on the construction of their new Jupiter Island home, had the restaurant cater its private flight across The Pond Monday.
